SnapDoku Rules

The Story of SnapDoku:

To make the story short, you, and if you have your friends with you, are traveling. There are many paths to take but only one gets you to your fruitful destination. The rest, well, they get you to your final destination.

How do you play SnapDoku?

The rules are simple. You are given 9 sets of 9 tiles that are open paths, they are not marked with the danger symbol. You can place them anywhere and pick them up and put them somewhere else when it is your turn. There are two additional sets that are marked with a danger symbol. Once those are placed, they can't be picked up again. They block your path and you are forced to take another route. There is also one Tile that, if you draw it from the bag of tiles, will end the game. The Doku tile is marked with the Japanese Kanji word for Venom. In a multi-player game, the person who draws that tile can no longer play.

Single Player:

Games end when the player is incapacitated by Doku, admits defeat, or completes the board and reaches their destination. Victory is yours. You can use the Multi-Player point system to keep track of how fast you complete a trip.

Multi-player:

Ggames end when all of the players are incapacitated by Doku, admits defeat, or those who manage to, make it to their destination. One additional feature of the multi-player game are points which are very simple as well.

For each tile you place on the board, you get 1 point.
For each tile you move on the board, you get 0 points.
For each tile you draw but cannot place, you lose 1 point.

The winner is decided from the survivors based on who has the most points. Since you made it to your destination, talk about how you got there over some warm food and cold drink. Victory is yours.
